Now hiring an unlicensed real estate assistant

Sick of bosses that don’t treat you right? Want to be paid what you’re worth and work for someone that appreciates you? I’m Tony Browton, an award-winning Sunshine Coast Realtor, and I’m looking to hire an assistant. My hope is that you want a career in real estate and would like to eventually become a Realtor yourself.

This is a one-year contract with the potential to become an ongoing, long-term position. By the end of your first 12 months, you’ll grow from assistant to being on your way to being a licensed agent with a lot of experience. Once you’re licensed, you’ll get as many new buyer leads as you can handle and I’ll also help you with any new listings you generate.

I’m not concerned with your age or previous experience but I do need you to be a hard worker. There’s no reason you can’t make $100,000 in your first year but it’ll require a huge amount of effort. I’ll gladly mentor you and share my knowledge but I can’t put the work in for you. If I haven’t scared you off, call or email me and introduce yourself and we’ll go from there.
