The smallest neighbourhood in Gibsons, Heritage Hill is largely residential and filled with captivating attractions and breathtaking views that will leave you in awe.

Hidden among the trees at the north edge of Heritage Hill is meandering Gibsons Creek. Follow its path using Lower Gibsons Creek Trail and enjoy some wilderness just a few steps from town.

The Gibsons seawalk starts at Armours Beach and winds its way along Gibsons' stunning oceanfront. As you stroll this scenic route, you'll be treated to views of Keats Island and the North Shore Mountains. Wildlife like otters, seals, and even orcas are common sights along the seawalk. Follow the path far enough and you'll eventually reach the marina and Breakwater Park.

While you'll find a few condo complexes sprinkled throughout the neighborhood, the majority of the area is comprised of beautiful single-family homes. Most of these houses offer excellent views of Keats Island and Shoal Channel, creating a breathtaking backdrop for your everyday life.
