Inglis Trail in Gibsons, BC

Besides beaches and shopping, the seaside town of Gibsons has many parks and trails for residents and visitors to enjoy. One such area is Inglis Trail, located next to the new Eagleview Heights residential development.

The Eagleview Heights site has been cleared and is soon to be developed with townhomes and condominiums. Right next door is multi-use Inglis Trail which connects Upper Gibsons and Lower Gibsons. 

There are two separate path options: One that includes steps and a steeper grade and a second trail with a wide, gradually-slopping trail which is friendlier for wheelchairs, bikes, and strollers.

The wheelchair-friendly trail connects Shaw Road to Steward Road. You can access the trail mid-way by starting from Eaglecrest Drive but be aware that path is narrower and more rugged. However, it does eventually connect with the multi-use path.
